Coordination Packages

Full Event PlanningAfter our initial consultation, we meet to determine your vision and to create a budget you feel comfortable with. Then, jpb designs uses this information to identify a location and any vendors needed, which then allows time to focus on the more memorable details. With weddongs, we will be at the main event and rehearsal to ensure everything is as originally planned. Packages start at $5,000

Partial Event Planning

This package is especially for you if you know what you want but cannot find the resources. In that case, working within the parameters of your budget, jpb designs will assist you in identifying vendors, coordinating your plans, and suggesting details For weddings, we will be at the main event and rehearsal to ensure everything is as originally planned. Packages start at $950

Day of Coordination

This package is designed for those of you who just need to make sure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event. With this package, we meet with you to learn about your plans. Then, we determine an itinerary for the day to distribute to you as well as your vendors. In order to ensure a successful event, we will make all final confirmations with the vendors and coordinate all onsite duties as well as attend the rehearsal.
