At jpb designs, you can choose from one of the packages listed below, or if you find that your ideal use of a coordinator doesn't fit in any of these, let us know:  we are extremely flexible and want to cater to your needs!  Our job is to ensure your event is planned perfectly.

Full Event Planning

After our initial consultation, we meet to determine your vision and to create a budget you feel comfortable with.  Then, jpb designs uses this information to identify an event location and any vendors needed, which then allows time to focus on the little details, making your event memorable.  For weddings, and all other events applicable, we will be at the main event and rehearsal to ensure everything is as originally planned. 

Partial Support Planning

Day of Event Coordination

This package is designed for those of you who just need to make sure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.  With this package, we meet with you to learn about your plans.  Then, we determine an itinerary for the day to distribute to you as well as your vendors.  In order to ensure a successful event, we will make all final confirmations with the vendors and coordinate all onsite duties.
